Place all batter ingredients into a bowl and mix with a spoon or mixer. Well-mixed batter should have visible air bubbles.
Add apple slices to the batter, mix delicately. Fry pancakes in small amount of oil on low heat to prevent burning. After frying, place on paper towel to soak up excess oil. Dust with powdered sugar and serve, preferably while still warm. Serve layered with whipped cream and fruit.
