Beef slices with arugula, farmstead cheese, apples and mixed nut dressing

Preparation time: 30 min 4 servings


  • 400 g beef rump steak
  • 300 g arugula salad
  • 200 g farmstead cheese
  • 500 g apples
  • 100 g mixed nuts (pine nuts, hazelnuts, walnuts)
  • 50 ml balsamic vinegar
  •  50 g honey
  • 1 lemon 
  • 100 ml canola oil
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste


Cut chicken breasts in half, sprinkle with pepper and fry on each side. After frying, sprinkle with sea salt and olive oil.

Clean and wash salad, slice pear into segments, break cheese into pieces.

Prepare the salad dressing: pour boiling water over the nuts, clean them, mix with vinegar, honey and lemon juice. While mixing, add oil until a thick consistency is reached. Mix salad and the dressing, arrange delicately on a deep plate, arrange cheese, pieces of pear and slices of beef tenderloin, sprinkling with nuts.
