Ribs

meat with thin bones obtained from the abdominal part of the pork semi-carcass, cut off from the loin. They are most often served cooked or braised after previous frying. Grilled ribs are very popular. Ribs are also added to sauerkraut stews and other dishes based on cabbage. Ribs can be also smoked.
